It was a happy and proud day this week when the uniforms arrived for our kindergarten classes. These are most of our children’s most-worn clothes until they grow out of them!
Paying for the uniforms was just one of the many challenges to get classes up and running this term as we had to adhere stricltly to the ministry’s guidelines for supplies, playground equipment and space. But Canadian Friends was glad to help.
Don’t forget we still have food to buy and teachers’ salaries to pay, so if you can help with a monthly donation, we will be closer to giving these kids a happy and healthy future!
